Hey, I’m Brian.
I am a junior at the University of Minnesota majoring in Communication Studies and minoring in Leadership. I currently work with the University of Minnesota’s CLA Career Services as well as District 202: a LGBT Youth Organization.
I love to read about leadership, management, and personal development; drive with the windows down; sing in the shower; meet new, amazing people; and take naps. I value working with youth because I believe in the future and, as many say, the youth are our future. I love speaking, writing, and thinking about what it means to be gay in the present and what it will mean to be gay in the future.
I am passionate about youth empowerment, learning, social media and networking, and relationship building. I would like to pursue a career in teaching and organization development.
